Debbie Cole COO and Program Director. Brings 30 years of Radio and Promotional Talent to the table. First started out as a local DJ in high school and then went on to graduate from Columbia School of Broadcasting. After coming back to Lexington in 1982, she started her community service by volunteering to be the first program director for a Local Station WTLA. For over 30 years she has been working and mentoring with her music and talent from being a DJ to an MC promoting Concerts, putting on plays, radio personality, and hosting events.

Currently, Debbie is the Vice President of the African American Forum. A non-Profit organization started by her and her husband over 30 years ago. One of its most successful events a part of the African American Ball. Hosted for over 26 years. Also presented The Lexus Smooth Jazz Fest for over 13 years.

Debbie Cole has served on various boards for over 30 years. She is currently serving as Vice-Chair on the Price Todd Town Board, Member of the Media Team as well as the kitchen committee. If that's not enough, she has been archiving the church through her photos and videos for the past 10 years. With starting this radio station, her goal is to always keep unity in the community.
